## The two ways to sign in
Go to yaya.page/login and pick one.

- **Continue with Google** signs you in with your Google account.
- **Email me a sign-in link** emails you a link and a 6-digit code. Click the link or type the code.

There are no passwords or text-message codes, and Google is the only social login. If the login page shows only the email form, Google sign-in is switched off in that environment.

## Sign in with an email link
1. Open yaya.page/login.
2. Type your address under **Email address**.
3. Complete the verification challenge if one appears. If it does not, the form still sends your link.
4. Click **Email me a sign-in link**.
5. Open the email and click the link. Or type the 6-digit code on the login page.

The code expires after 10 minutes and allows 5 tries. A link works once.

## Sessions and accounts
- Signing in with an address yaya has not seen creates a new account.
- A session lasts 7 days and renews while you use yaya.
- Changing your email signs you out everywhere. See [Change your email](/support/articles/account/change-your-email).
- Google stays linked to your account after an email change.

## Fix common problems
**This link expired or was already used.** Enter your email again for a new one.

**The code expired, or you used all 5 tries.** Go back and send yourself a new email.

**Too many tries. Wait about a minute.** You hit the sign-in rate limit. Wait, then retry.

**Google sign-in did not complete.** Try again, or use the email link.
