## Open a form message
1. Click **Customers** in the left rail.
2. Click the person who wrote.
3. Click **Messages**.

Each submission shows the message and the date. Newest comes first. Click **Load older** for earlier ones.

## What the form asks
The contact form asks for a name, an email, a message and a consent tick box. Extra questions you add to the form stay on that person's record.

## Where else it lands
Each submission creates or updates a customer record, and it also shows in the **Inbox** with the **form** source. There is no separate Leads page.

## Fix common problems
**No messages yet.** Nobody has sent the form on your published site. Send one yourself to test it.

**A visitor says the form failed.** They may have skipped the consent box or the security check. The form tells them what is missing.

**A message has no customer row.** Search **Customers** by email. Repeat submissions from one email share one record.

Anyone on the team can open Messages on a customer.
