# Set up Google Business Profile and listings

Connect Google Business Profile and link your business to directories like Bing Places and Yelp.

## Before you start
- A Google account that manages your business profile, or can create one.
- The workspace owner for the Google connection. Owners and editors can link other listings.
- About 10 minutes for Google, 15 for the other listings.

## Connect Google Business Profile
1. Open **SEO & GEO**.
2. Click **Set up** on the **Create or connect your Google Business Profile** item.
3. Sign in to Google and approve access.
4. Wait to be sent back to yaya.

Connecting adds 20 points to your score.

## Link other directories
1. Open **SEO & GEO** and click **Business listings**.
2. Click a directory, for example Bing Places or Yelp.
4. Follow **Step 1** and create or claim your profile on that directory's site.
5. Paste your profile link into **Business profile URL**.
6. Click **Add listing**.

Each linked listing adds 2 points, up to 10 listings.

## Ask for reviews
Open **Reviews** from the overview. Once Google is connected, request reviews from there. Each review adds 1 point, up to 20.

> Note: yaya does not write your listings for you. You create the profile on each directory, then link it here.

## Fix common problems
**Set up is missing.** Only the workspace owner sees it. Ask the owner.

**The listing did not save.** Paste a full web address that starts with https, then click Add listing again.
