# Show your address on a map

Add a map section for your address, or turn the address line in a contact info section into a link that opens in Google Maps.

## Add a map for your address
1. Hover the page and click **Add section**.
2. Search for "map" and open **Map location**.
3. Pick **Location**.
4. Type your street address in **Address** and pick a suggestion, or keep what you typed.
5. Click **Done**.

The map shows your address with a **Get directions** link that opens directions to the address in Google Maps. Change the link text in **Button label**.

## Turn an address line into a map link
1. Click the contact info section, then click the three dots and **Edit section**.
2. Turn on **Link the address to a map**.
3. Click **Done**.

The address text now opens the address in Google Maps in a new tab.

## Change the link text or the card position
- **Button label** changes the link's words. The link opens directions to your address.
- On the **Style** tab, **Address card** picks **Below the map** or **Over the map**.

## Fix common problems
**No map shows.** The section needs an address. Type one in **Address**.
