Change or cancel your plan

Before you start

• A card for Stripe checkout.
• If you hold a registered domain, you decide what happens to it before you cancel.
• About 3 minutes.

Upgrade from Free

1. Open Settings > Billing and usage.
2. Click Upgrade. The plans page opens.
3. Choose Monthly or Yearly, then click Choose Launch or Choose Grow.
4. Pay on Stripe's checkout page.
5. Wait for yaya to load again. The plan badge shows your new plan.

Switch between Launch and Grow

1. Open Settings > Billing and usage.
2. Click Upgrade (on Grow, Change plan).
3. Click Switch to Launch or Switch to Grow on the other plan's card, then confirm on Stripe's page.

Cancel

1. Open Settings > Billing and usage.
2. Click Cancel plan.
3. Confirm the cancellation on Stripe's page. Billing then shows when the plan ends.

If you hold a registered domain, a Your domains need a choice panel appears first. For each domain, click Transfer out or the keep-and-pay-separately button. Cancelling waits until every domain has an answer.

Cancelling stops the next renewal. Your plan runs to the end of the paid period, then your site stays live on Free.
