Search and sort customers
Find customers by name, email, phone or message text and sort the list.

Search
- Click Customers in the left rail.
- Click the Search box.
- Type part of a name, email, phone number or something they wrote.
Search covers the whole list, including rows off screen. It checks names, email, phone and the text of their messages.
Sort
Click a column heading to sort by it. Click it again to flip the order. An arrow shows the direction.
Sort by Name, Email, Latest message, Phone and Date added. The default is Date added, newest first.
The Customers heading at the top opens a List options menu with the same Sort control.
Fix common problems
No results found. Click Clear search.
Customer status looks wrong. A customer counts as paying once one of their invoices is paid. Mark the invoice paid and the record updates.
