- Open the live address in a private window.
Fix common problems
The button still says Publish updates. Your changes are in the editor only. Visitors see the live version until you publish.
Published, but the live page looks the same. The edge cache holds each page for up to 60 seconds. Wait a minute and reload. Nothing needs clearing.
Your browser shows the old page. Browsers recheck the page on every visit. Do a hard refresh or use a private window to be sure.
An image or style looks old. Files follow the same cache rule. Wait a minute and hard refresh.
Publish did not complete. The top bar shows an error. Try again. Publishing allows 10 requests per minute from one network.
You restored an old version. Restoring makes it the live site. Check the version in the version history, then reload.
The site has a password or access list. Those pages skip the shared cache. Reload as a signed-in visitor.
See Pages, sections and versions. If a change is missing after ten minutes, contact support.
