Change the title, description and share image that search results and link previews show for each page.

Before you start
- A site with at least one page.
- About 5 minutes per page.
Change a page title and description
- Open your site in the editor.
- Open Pages.
- Click the menu next to a page, then click Page settings.
- Change the Title. Click Regenerate on that row for a rewrite. The ⋮ next to it sets the tone: Professional, Casual, Inspirational or Persuasive.
- Under SEO, type a Description or click Regenerate and pick a writing style from the menu. Search engines show this under the title. We recommend 110 to 160 characters.
- Check the preview above the fields. It shows how a link to the page will look when shared.
- Save, then publish.
Other SEO fields
- Image: the picture shown when someone shares the page.
- Mark this page as canonical: use it when the same content lives on more than one page.
- Remove from sitemap in the same group leaves a page out of your sitemap.
Fix common problems
The Page settings button is greyed out. You have an unsaved draft. Save or discard it, then try again.
Search results still show the old title. Search engines revisit pages on their own schedule. Publishing is immediate. Re-crawling is not, and yaya cannot speed it up.
The share preview shows no image. Pick one in Image. Without it the preview has nothing to show.
