Message us from your workspace
- Click Help in the workspace sidebar.
- Check Guides for this screen first. It lists articles for the page you are on.
- Click Message us.
- Fill in Subject and How can we help?.
- Click Send.
yaya shows Message sent. and replies by email to the address on your account. A subject can run to 200 characters and a message to 5,000.

What to include
- The page you were on and what you clicked.
- What you expected and what happened.
- Your domain, if it is about a domain.
- Any error text, word for word.
Fix common problems
"This message may already have been sent." Your message went through. Check your inbox for a reply before sending again.
"Could not send your message." Try again. The limit is 10 messages an hour. If you hit it, wait and retry.
No reply by email. Check spam, then write to support@yaya.page from the address on your account.
