How sign-in works
yaya emails you one message with a link and a 6-digit code. Both last 10 minutes. Continue with Google works too when it is shown.
Fix common problems
No email arrives. Check spam, then confirm the address is spelled right. Wait a minute and request a new one. See Emails not arriving.
"This link expired or was already used." A link works once. Enter your email again for a new one.
"That code didn't match." Check the digits in the newest email. Older emails carry older codes.
"That code expired." Codes last 10 minutes. Send yourself a new email.
"Too many tries." A code allows 5 attempts. Send yourself a new email.
"Too many tries. Wait about a minute." You asked for too many links. The limit is 5 per minute from one network. Wait, then try once.
"Too many sign-in attempts from this network." The background browser check did not finish, so the form sent your request with a small allowance shared by everyone on your network. Wait a few minutes, then try once. Use Continue with Google meanwhile, or turn off the content blocker for this site.
Google sign-in did not complete. Try again, or use the email link instead.
Signed in, but the wrong account. Use the same email you signed up with. See Sign-in methods.
